The Accounts Administrator is responsible for managing all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing (monthly) and contract administration.
You will also be responsible for bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations and preparing the bi-monthly GST return. You'll also provide administration and general office support for ensuring the office is run smoothly plus assist the Board and CEO with travel arrangements.
