Gordon, a Year 13 Waikato Diocesan School student, and her student partners in a Young Enterprise Scheme company, have just published a children’s book, JJ’s Adventures, which introduces young readers to the varied characters of JJ’s hometown of Paihia.

Among the families JJ encounters are LGBT+ parents, large Maori families, single parents and joint families.
