At just 20 years old Tanya Haseltine has already made her mark as a woman in business. Her bubble tea company Petite Cha started as an idea for Young Enterprise Scheme at high school and is now a brick-and-mortar store in central New Plymouth.
But it hasn't always been easy.
The former New Plymouth Girls’ High student had to adapt and change her business model due to Covid-19 and navigate people doubting her abilities because of her age and gender.
