The twin sisters and business partners from Bayfield High School have won the Otago Young Enterprise Scheme competition and will now compete in the national final in Wellington on December 4.

Having both experienced stress daily with its subsequent detrimental effects on their mental health, Bhavyapreet and Tanmeet wanted an organic and natural way to relieve stress.

So they created Abloom Tea, a de-stress tea with ayurvedic — an ancient healing system from India — ingredients and eco-friendly compostable teabags and packaging.
