Young Enterprise is excited to welcome Leilani Fa’aiuaso as our new Youth Trustee.

Leilani is a Chiropractic Assistant at Omega Chiropractic in Palmerston North. Alongside this, she is studying towards a double degree - a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology at Massey University.

As a proud Samoan, Leilani is passionate about encouraging more Pacific Peoples to engage in innovation and enterprise and advocates for students and youth in many spaces.

As a YES Alum, Leilani participated in YES in 2019-20 and was an alumni mentor at EIA in 2022. YES catalysed her entrepreneurial journey and now she is the President of the Massey University Student Enterprise Club and the Student Board Observer and Advisor on the Student Investment Fund at Massey Ventures Ltd.

These roles make her a busy bee, however, they are the most fulfilling as she aims to give back to the communities and organisations that supported her, to provide more opportunities and benefits to our young leaders of today and tomorrow.
